Canapé Receptions

Doesn’t everyone love a canapé? - a bite-size of incredibly tasty flavour, beautifully presented.

Or perhaps your occasion needs something a little more substantial and we can include some delicious finger sandwiches. 

 

Handing around our canapés and finger food or topping up our buffet tables at functions and receptions the team always smile to themselves

as they have heard it all - so very many times before.

 

‘Wow…’  or  ‘Ooh gone on then…’  or  ‘I shouldn’t but I will…’ 

 

but frankly Tom’s canapés and finger food do look so tempting and are always delicious.

And, if we are present at a function he doesn’t just make one of each item per person – so often at events you are limited to an exact amount, with no flexibility to make more if needed.  

 

Everything is home made and freshly prepared just prior to being devoured

 – often, literally making items to order.  

 

As the team return to the kitchen with their empty platters, they can ask for more of whatever is being devoured the most.  
‘More egg and cress sandwiches please’, 

‘More salmon blinis and tartlets needed',

or ‘The crispy filo baskets are going like hot cakes’.

 

But, the real ‘ooohhss’ are when he sends us out of the kitchen with trays of his sweet canapés

 and home made bite size cakes.

 

Perhaps little baby meringues with fresh cream and fresh strawberries; tangy lemon tartlets, mini chocolate éclairs and sticky little brownies; red raspberry and coconut cake, lemon drizzle, flapjacks and bakewell tarts. Napkins provided!

 

Alternatively, we could devise a menu suitable to be prepared a little in advance

 for you to serve yourselves.
