Special Occasions

'catering for your occasion'

How wonderful to have a special occasion to look forward to and then to relish on the day.

Perhaps it is a landmark birthday? A wedding anniversary? Christening?

Or just an excuse for a family and friends get- together?

We love nothing better than giving all our attention to catering for a great party – and if we can have a part in the organisation and management of its success – then even better.

Although , if you fancy being more hands on yourself - we are more than happy

to just supply all the food - and leave you to it.

Tom has some delicious ideas for his celebratory menus - which are always devoured.

Huge ‘wow factor’ fresh Scottish salmons with big prawns, home baked hams,

home made quiches and everyone asks for his recipe for coronation chicken!

With literally dozens of ideas for fresh zingy salads.

Then his gorgeous trademark desserts including chocolate and amaretti cheesecakes, pavlovas, tangy lemon tarts and triple chocolate roulades.

Or it may be more appropriate to have a tasty hot buffet with our casseroles, hotpots, moroccan tagines, sticky pulled pork or lasagnes and moussakas.  If there is not much room for guests to sit down at a table with a plate and cutlery, we could prepare the dishes to be served in rustic bowls, (very 2021!) so only a fork is needed – a great idea for a hungry crowd and always successful -especially if you serve canapés first.

Then, if you like, with our friendly and professional team with you on the day, you can forget about all the logistics and behind the scenes hard work

because Merrow Savouries are with you.

You just enjoy yourselves!
